Training

Even the most experienced agents need training from time to time. We offer training for brand new agents with no experience and offer ongoing training as needed.

New Agent Training

As a new agent, you will have a 2-day crash course which you can attend in-person or over a live webinar depending on where you live in the country. After the 2-day new agent training, there are smaller workshops that you are encouraged to participate in, as well as one-on-one trainings with your mentor agent.

New agent training will cover everything you need to know and setup you up for success. You will gain a general understanding of the industry and products. You will learn about specific products and receive training on the most common systems we use.

On-Going Training

As an agent, you are more than welcome to join any of the trainings that are happening. Often agents like to re-take the new agent training after a period of time just as a refresher. We have frequent training sessions for specific types of products and carrier focused sessions that are often exclusive just for us from a particular insurance company.

We have a dedicated training department through HST which provides great resources for you to be successful. We also have our principle broker, Robert Falk, who does a lot of one-on-one sessions with agents and creates training & resource videos.
