Training & Mentorship

Even the most experienced agents need training from time to time. We offer training for brand new agents with no experience and offer ongoing training as needed. Between the training and resources offered by VIP, our contracting partners, and the insurance carriers; you will have plenty of training available to you.

Training For New Agents

As a new agent, you will have a 2-day New Agent Training (NAT) hosted by our contracting partner, HST. These 2-day events are usually twice a month and are live webinars, so you can easily attend no matter where you are located.

In addition to the 2-day live training, here on the website, you will have access to a self-paced training system for basic and advanced levels of knowledge. All sorts of topics are covered including insurance 101, product availability, product knowledge, sales techniques, systems training, best business practices, etc. Our library of content and resources is constantly growing and we are constantly adding new content based on the needs of our agents.

On-Going Training

Through our contracting partners, there are many webinar trainings on various topics that happen throughout each month. You have access to this calendar of events and are more than welcome to join any of the trainings you want to.

We are constantly adding new relevant content to our library of training and resources. We listen to our agents and can add topics that are important to your success.

Every agent, regardless of experience, is assigned to a “mentor” agent who can help you with any questions you might have. These mentor agents aren’t just recruiters or managers, these are agents just like you but have more experience with us. Your mentor agent either has done or is still currently doing exactly what you are doing as an agent, so they are very knowledgeable about what it takes to get your career to the next level.
